1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (eBooks, guides, downloads), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product is delivered electronically.
2. Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. Proof of damage may be required.
3. Eligibility for Refund
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt)
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective)
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
